Branch of a multinational company is looking for a talented invoicing and
credit specialist to assign and direct all active invoicing process of Egyptian
projects.
Main
responsibility:
Invoicing activities, such as prepare, verify,
and process invoices, collecting all the supporting documents required by contracts;
In cooperation with project manager, organize meeting with the customers in order
to be in line with the invoicing requirements;
Activity of credit management, monitoring overdue receivables situation and providing actions to reduce the risk;
Comply with all departments and company policies, procedures and regulations;
Continuous overview of tax/legal issue in order to intercept and manage any variation in
regulation law for his scope of activities;
Provide support to importation/transport dept. and operation dept. in order to
coordinate activities;
Provide support and information to the holding.
