Customer service Rep

- Handle customer complaints and calls.
- Open tickets and find solutions.
- Escalate any related ticket to IT and give positive feedback to the customers.
- Provide daily/weekly/monthly reports for complaints, inquires and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer complaints which are related to balance and fare then escalate to accountant.
- Social media inquiries response.
