-Analyze and model the business domain to create a complete picture of work-flows and technical requirements fulfilled by existing and proposed software
-Analyze technical constraints and provide support on the technical architecture design in collaboration with Service Delivery team
-Identify, analyze and document customer business functions and processes
-Tracks and fully documents changes for functional and business specifications
-Define, assess, document, and develop technical requirements
-Provide Support to Development Teams
-Contribute to Service Oriented Architecture Specification
-Maintain model and documentation updated in a UML /XSD / WDSL repository
-Design functional requirements.
-Contribute to project plans
-Participates in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality
