This position is responsible for delivery of day-to-day support to users in Al futtaim businesses in Egypt, recommending solutions to enhance the business.
Manage the IT Assets and inventory
Make recommendations for the improvement of the company's IT department
Manage the IT vendors relationship
Monitor the execution of IT maintenance contracts and make sure it is in place on time
Manage the IT implementation for the New retail stores' opening
Manage the maintenance of the IT equipment
Support and handle all IT issues and make sure necessary actions taken to resolve them.
About you
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: BSC is IT related field, ITIL V3 Certified.
Minimum Experience: Min10 years' experience in IT Infrastructure implementation and support.
Job-Specific Skills:
* Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner to keep smooth operations of the business with the minimum interruption
* Able to analyse issues and to provide recommendation to improve the business operations and avoid issues in future.
* Vendor Management skills
* IT Inventory Management Skills
* Proficiency in management IT projects (especially retail)
* Understand organization's environment and ability to comply with Enterprise IT standards and regulations.
* Updated with new technologies
Behavioral Competencies :
* Strong communication skills with fluent verbal and written in English
* Ability to communicate with all levels within the organisation
* Confident and presentation skills.
