We are looking for Production Manager Position to catch our company team in 10th of Ramadan city able to
1- Execute the monthly production plane within quality standers and within budget
2- Apply the company BOM system
3- Apply the food safety, GMP and GSP systems
4- Apply the Lean Manufacturing tools (Production line analysis, Takt time calculations for every process, 5S, OEE calculations, ………) to catch his production targets
5- Shared the QC for the final products quality by measuring all every product process
6- Have a good experiences in Lollipops, Hard& Soft Candy, Chocolates, Wafer & Biscuits products
7- Measure his products give a way in (weight, Length, ……) in raw & Pack materials by applying the 6Sigma analysis process
8- Make his daily, Weekly & Monthly reports
9- But and apply his yearly budget
10- Increase his team efficiency by weekly and monthly training
11- Following up his team through the 3 shifts and them productivity and solve any problem for them
12- Using the work order form with Maintenance team
13- Calculate his daily losses tree for every products and report it to GM to analysis to know the most losses reasons to solve as (Failures, Minor stoppages, no WIP, Raw& Pack materials, …..)
14- Following up the distribution of labors on the production lines in optimum way
15- Generate new ideas with his team to increase productivity and continuous improvements
