• Preparing Tax Return according to the tax law
• Prepare and analyze sales tax returns according to sales tax laws.
• Preparing withholding tax reports and forms to match the accruals quarterly in financial statements.
• Attending many tax inspections on behalf of our company such as corporate tax, salary tax, Sales Tax, stamp tax and handling all tax related issues.
• Representing the company in front of tax authorities.
• Preparing all tax analysis and documents required for performing tax Inspection and following up tax inspection with tax inspectors at various tax inspectorates until final inspection reports are issued.
• Follow up and finalize any tax disputes at all stages (Internal Committees - Appeal Committees - Courts) & provide company with a clear study supported by documents to avoid any tax liability on the company.
• Resolving company's problems with the tax authorities.
