ERP Senior Financial Consultant
- Evaluates the demands in talking with the customer's representatives, transforms the essence into an abstract and algorithmic business model.
- Identifies the use cases and transforms them into logical and technical views.
- Customizing the respective business area and making sure the system reacts in the manner according to the constraints of the requested use case.
- Documents the settings and prepares proper guidelines that allow other consultants to do further changes or repairs with due efforts.
- Takes care that proper training is given to the users and that the system is usable, performing appropriately and the business flow is complete and correct.
- Assists the technical staff by testing the behavior of the system during go live.
- Guarantees that the procedures remain usable and consistent in real live situation and propose enhancements after go live.
- Implement ERP system from analysis phase throws configuration, testing, training users, till Support phase.
- Implement company's methodology ( Definition - Analysis & Design - Configuration - Deployment - Live ).
- Maintaining the ERP project schedule.
- Helping customer in defining its processes, documents cycle, resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Application consultant under financial package ( GL - AP - AR - Treasury - Banks - FA) and SCM package ( Sales - Purchase - Inventory ) working in different industries reclamation and agriculture, packing, education, and garment.
- Responsibly for all of the financial activities of the company.
- Prepare all receivable, payable, and payroll transactions.
- Responsibly for insurance procedures.
- Prepare sales tax monthly report and wages quarterly report.
- Banking reconciliation and petty cash.
- Prepare adjusting entries, closing entries, after-closing trial balance.
Prepare income statement and balance sheet.
