VAS Business Consulting: Utilize deep telecommunications and/or consulting background to understand client’s positioning strategies, competitive strengths & weaknesses, operational inefficiencies and organizational model alternatives. Conduct regular client market analysis to keep apprised of current and forecasted market trends facing Huawei’s clients within their operating markets.
VAS Opportunity Discovery: Utilize business consulting experience to work with clients to identify client challenges and potential areas where Huawei could provide great strategic assistance
VAS Solutions Definition: Work with VAS solution sales teams to customize or develop solution alternatives for Huawei’s clients
VAS Solution Presentation: Work with local sales teams to present the final solution to the client.
Northern Africa Client Relationship Development: Regular communication with C-level client executives (e.g. CEO, CMO, CTO, etc) of target customers in the telecom software area to expand Huawei’s global influence in the industry
Future Offerings: Provide direct input into Huawei’s future solution offerings development based upon experience developed working with Huawei’s clients around the globe. This is an opportunity to be involved in the evolution of the telecommunications industry.
Develop Huawei Solution Expertise: Develop Huawei solution expertise to be able to engage in more specific Huawei solutions discussions with our clients
Experience Sharing: Actively participate in knowledge sharing and transferring expertise to other members of the group to improve their consulting sales abilities.
Cross Group Collaboration: Work with experts in other Huawei departments to ensure the highest value solution is brought to the client
