5) Present TENDA products portfolio, including new models and hot selling models;
6) Brand promotion and training;
7) Incentive for dealers;
8) Competitors information;
9) Daily report template attached.
Distributor cooperation
1) Push distributor to issue new orders, in order to keep safe stock availability.
2) Push distributor cooperation for new dealers developing;
3) Request distributor cooperation for sign board making, branding, marketing and so on, by sharing the cost 50%.
4) Manage the price system in local market from Distributor, wholesalers to dealers;
Local ISP cooperation
1) Present TENDA products portfolio, including new models and hot selling models;
2) Put support & effort to make ISP cooperate with TENDA;
3) Sample test;
4) Technical issues report;
5) Branding and training.
