Job Purpose
• As part of the Global Translation team for BASES and CR, the Translations Coordinator supports a regional team of translation coordinators, reporting into a regional team leader.
• The team focuses on translations of questionnaires and other market research related content into predetermined languages for internal client groups as well as on coordinating the outsourcing of translations into languages that can’t be covered by the team internally.
Job Responsibilities
• Coordinate translations of project materials received from client service
• Accountability for quality of translated materials delivered to client service
• Ensure quality, consistency and standards particular to BASES & CR
• Assist team with collection of Key Performance Indicators and cycle time/workload/quality metrics
• Assist with other ad hoc requests (e.g. project work, masters, team membership etc. to be determined with team leader)
Scope
• Key interface relationships: BASES & CR Client Consulting, Data Acquisition, Operations departments (internal); regional or global translation vendors (external)
• Translation scope: Project material including but not limited to questionnaires and other market research related content
