The Marketing Director reports to the Deputy Managing Director for Business Affairs.
As a member of the Executive Committee in charge of the Business Affairs, she/he interacts with the Stakeholder Director and the Sales & Client Relations Manager in order to conceive the Corporate Identity, decide about the Branding issues, and design the Corporate Communication Policy.
The Marketing Director leads the different marketing teams, and deals with the different Marketing Agencies and Consultants in order to conceive and implement the plans related to the following domains:
• Marketing Research related to the current projects.
• Marketing Communications.
• Market Studies related to the conception of new projects.
• Conception & Design of the new projects.
• Experiential Learning.
• Designing and preparing corporate and projects marketing plans.
• Forecasting the cost of marketing plans along with the expected ROI.
• Negotiating and establishing deals with various marketing channels (TV, Radio, Magazines, etc.).
• Measuring and quantifying the efficiency of marketing initiatives to ensure optimum usage of investments.
