FRONTLINE GLOBAL SOLUTIONS is a market research company with offices around the world. Our main market research medium is mystery shopping, covering areas all over the world. We have clients in restaurants, retail, gas stations, financial institutions and more.
As a mystery shopper, you would visit the establishment then provide us with your feedback on the overall experience. The results obtained are then used to improve the quality of service and product. All guidelines, instructions and necessary information are provided for each scheduled shop. Shop results are submitted directly via our website. Results may also be submitted by email, fax or telephone.
Shoppers are paid a fee per shop plus receive reimbursement of their purchase. The amount may vary depending on country, program and type of visit. Shops may be pre-scheduled through our web site but may be altered for your convenience.
