HR Officer - Great Foods

• Ensure to develop job descriptions for current/new positions.
• Assist the progress of job planning and performance management.
• Support the management of recruitment cycle which included coordination of advertisements, obtaining budgetary and classification clearance, required documentation, short listing and interview qualified candidates, and review of formal review body submission for compliance with guidelines.
• Monitor and record employee time sheets, overtimes and leave requests.
• Recommend and execute policies, procedures, rules, regulations for employees.
• Review and update all human resources policies to meet the organization’s needs.
• Contribute to development and implementation of the recruitment system and tools for vacancy management, and the maintenance of standards, skills inventory, interview procedures and protocols.
• Develop and manage staff orientation.
• Provide performance management advice to staff and management. Review performance appraisal exercise in the field and make recommendations on performance management issues.
