An excellent opportunity to join the Finance team for a multinational organisation involved in Manufacturing Mechanical Seals. This is a junior level position which would suit a graduate with a degree in Business Administration / Accounting and with 3 years Finance experience.
•Handle accounts receivable (booking of all AR related transactions in line with Company policies and procedures, follow up on payments, send statement of account and contact customers to chase for payments, production of accurate and timely reporting of ageing)
•Handle accounts payable (intercompany, local external, and employee claims)
•Processiong payroll in coordination with Regional Office in Dubai.
•Input and ensure the accuracy of the general ledger bookings and analysis of movement of accounts.
•Book accruals and other adjusting entries
•Knowledge / awareness of different types of taxes
•Handle petty cash fund
•Monthly bank reconciliations
•Handle letters of guarantee and custom forms with the bank.
