- Carry out all aspects of Automatic Fare Collection equipment and system installations
- Establish the site installation teams and assign the responsibility
- Organise the maintenance agents and assign them responsibilities
- Establish and / or validate the operational procedures defined rules
- Ensure that all site activities comply with all local codes and safety regulations
- Prepare the maintenance monthly reports, spare parts consumption
