Chairman Executive Assistant

1. Meetings arrangements.
2. Takes notes and prepares meeting minutes.
3. Organize personal correspondence and occasional social/ business event
4. Set up and maintain manual and digital filing systems.
5. Ensure filing systems are maintained and up to date.
6. Coordinates department programs, seminars, workshops, travel arrangements, and events.
7. Printed materials as necessary.
8. Assign and monitor clerical and secretarial functions.
9. Deal with complex queries and complaints on the telephone, by email and in person.
10. Perform a variety of public relations duties as assigned.
11. Management and issuing of business letters & faxes.
12. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
