• Direct Architectural and design activities for teams to match appropriate codes and standards.
• Participate in meetings with clients and consultants as required to establish design parameters.
• Co-ordination between interior designers, Structural, plumbing & HVAC .
• Prepare Work drawings and update them per site requirements.
• Prepare landscape drawings, models and presentations.
• prepare tender applications and presentations.
• Control project from start to finish
• Perform regular site visits to check on progress and ensure that the project is running on schedule and to budget.
• Provide technical advice to subcontractors, craft people and operatives.
• Resolve problems and issues that arise during construction.
