Purchasing Manager - Obour City

1. Develop and follow up the implementation of administrative and office rules for procurement in the framework of the general policy of the company.
2. Review the stomach tables by resource planning and follow-up department to identify the types of procurement and specifications required and times of availability and any requests to buy another prepared by the various departments.
3. Review existing data from different suppliers and prices to determine the best of the base.
4. Prepare purchases the company's plan and approved by the director of supply chain and supply.
5. Negotiating with suppliers about prices and conditions of supply.
6. Supervise the preparation of purchase orders and contracts and review and approval.
7. Supervise the completion of the contracts and follow-up procedures for procurement processes to ensure completion in a timely manner.
8. Supervising the operations of the replacement of damaged and non-matching procurement specifications.
9. Market surveillance to identify the price changes to determine a plan for the purchase and storage of materials necessary for the production of expected higher prices in the future.
10. Manage relationships with existing suppliers and ensure that the company supply a priority in case of lack of materials from the market.
11. Supervision of the retention date database for suppliers and prices of alternative varieties and follow-up updated.
