- Act as the project lead.
- Lead a multi-discipline team, providing leadership of the project team with respect to all activities (including quality assurance, engineering, procurement, planning and controls, construction management) to achieve a quality project, while respecting the established budget and schedule objectives.
- Communicate objectives for critical milestones, budget, schedule and client satisfaction to project team members.
- Ensure contractual obligations are carried out.
- Report on project status, finance and schedule.
- Lead problem solving activities, review and approve all major purchase orders, change orders and contracts/sub-contracts and all project forecasts, schedules, cost estimates, financial reports, billings and claims.
- Develop and maintain excellent internal relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Mentor and coach members of project teams.
- Develop and implement best practice.
