- Welcoming the tour group at the start of their trip and informing them of travel arrangements and points.
- Smiling often.
- Helping with passports, immigrations and lost baggage.
- Help carry the guest baggage when need or ask for a porter at the terminals and other similar areas.
- Making sure all travel arrangements run according to plan before and during tour starts.
- Revising and confirm booking on the system with confirmed service order and matching them with the items placed on the system.
- Responsible for modifying the items through contacting the sales dep responsible when needed.
- Giving spoken commentaries about places and general information about the country history and culture.
- Promoting and selling optional tours to the guests that will let them enjoy their trips to the most with no hassle or pressure on offering the activities and in which it will ensure the guest comfort and space of free time to themselves.
- Recording issues related to the guest in any property, or related to the team work, and this reports to be directed to the direct manager.
- Available at any time to give advices, solve problems, and deal with emergencies.
- Punctual-time management.
- Available 24/7 except of the pre-managed off-days with the team manager.
- Participating in providing the E-Marketing and sales teams with recent information regarding the sightseeing or other information could be important to them.
- Collect payments and sold optional activities, and pay for suppliers when required.
- Providing the company with creative ideas in the various departments based n his/her experience on the ground service field.
- Providing the E-Marketing team with recent data of the guest ( social media content).
- Help in achieving all required tasks that will help in the different projects in the company.
- Will submit to three month training to be selected.
- Will be submitted to a monthly performance appraisal in which the evaluations will be set for future promotions.
- Train new guest relation members.
- Provide assistance to regional offices when requested by their team managers and according to a fixed rotation schedules.
- Will be wearing only the company uniform when on duty and not allowed to excuse these under any circumstances.
