Human Resources Specialist (HRS)

HRS responsibilities are the following:

Talent Acquisition and Management: Assist to develop recruitment strategies; hiring and recruitmenting; advise and make recommendations to managers; create retention and engagement strategies; oversee the annual performance review process.
develop with all levels of management, the administration of Human Resources policies and procedures.
Employee Relations: ensure employee relations issues are resolved.
Compensation & Benefits: ensure all compensation changes are accurate.
Performance Management: provide input and guidance on performance issues, coaching to help getting the most out of the team, oversee the annual performance review process
Provide assistance to managers/supervisors and employees on coaching, mentoring, training/development; corrective action, performance management, rewards and recognition, etc.
Training and Development: coordinate and facilitate training, manage the training budget
Other HR functions: policy and program development, communications, health & safety, reporting..etc
any other relevant tasks.
