Duties & Responsibilities
-Carry out all aspects of system installations on site.
-Coordinate local contract orders if any
-Establish the site installation teams and assign the responsibility to each team and members
-Establish and / or validate the operational procedures defined rules
-Ensure that all site activities comply with all local codes and safety regulations
-Interface with others contractors on site
-Perform incoming material and work inspections according to the Installation and Construction Plan and to Testing Plans, Coordinate all the installation and construction process as well as the testing phase, especially for installation sub-contractor.
-Co-ordinate and organize the Maintenance support during the Defect Liability Period and the Warranty & Maintenance Periods.
-Carry out all aspects of the support of service to customer primarily focusing on; Event Management; -Incident Management (including communication of failure in line with business process); Service Requests; Ensure all relevant Service Level Agreements are understood, met or accounted for via a logical prioritization of activities
-Utilize the current business application tools to manage service operation in line with processes and contractual requirement
-Embrace new applications and processes introduced in order to support business objectives
-Support Problem Management and other areas of the Services Organization when required
-Undertake complex technical investigations and produce Operational and Technical reports and recommendations
-Utilize effective Event Management to identify activities that present risk to equipment operation and ensure these are escalated
-Establish the Maintenance procedures defined rules according to the maintenance manuals
-Assist in problem solving, trouble shooting, answer technical questions regarding repairs and on-site support
