- Directs and oversees marketing for different projects at different stages of development
- Works with external consultants and agencies to align marketing strategy with firm overall strategy
- Works with the Executive Committee and department heads to develop a commercial strategy for organization
- Works to enhance the company brand
* Sales Management
- Defines & communicates sales reports, client prospects & sales conflicts to the Board
- Ability to forecast and define quarterly and yearly sales targets for any given project
- Develop the pricing strategy for each project
* Customer Service
- Analyze CRM reports and makes recommendations on process improvement
- Validate customer service budget and manpower plan
- Works with high net worth clients on major issues
* Corporate Image
- Communicating the company’s vision and strategy to internal customers and outside world
- Internal communications, events, and media relations
* Operational
- Monitors and services the day-to-day activities for project teams
- Interacts directly with clients and the media
- Identifies and distributes sales targets to sales teams based on business plan and planned activities
