CEO

 Developing, directing and controlling the implementation of THE FIRM strategy including goals and annual strategic objectives & after the Chairman approval.
 Collaborating with the direct reports to approve departmental objectives and ensures objectives are aligned with the strategy and translated into plans.
 Guiding and directing his direct reports to achieve stated/agreed targets and standards.
 Reviewing and consolidating periodic reports about the progress and achieved results of operation activities, and submits reports to the Chairman to take necessary decisions.
 Attending, presenting, analyzing and comparing the actual performance, expenditure of the company against the business plan, through the monthly meeting with the Chairman.
 Attending quarterly board meeting to review THE FIRM’s operations and actual financial results versus planned.
 Using business development and networking in order to attract new business opportunities.
 Understanding and anticipating current market trends, and their effects on the engineering and consultancy industry.
 Keeping up current issues and new updates of the industry and services provided by THE FIRM competitors.
 Reviewing financial statements, reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goals achievement.
 Monitoring business and span of control functions to ensure that they efficiently and effectively are operating while staying within budgetary limits.
 Leading weekly meeting with direct reports to review progress and solve problems. An activity report is issued after this meeting to be submitted to THE FIRM chairman.
 Communicating with clients regularly to assure good understanding of their needs and receive feedback.
 Negotiating, endorsing and approving contracts concerning agreements with any external party.
 Approving expenditures according to the approved authorization matrix.
 Approving and directing the company's financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and to determine areas needing cost reduction and programs improvement.
 Supervising, and reviewing work of subordinates.
 Providing ongoing coaching and continuous feedback to the team.
 Appraising the heads performance; identifying the needed training & making action plans for improvement.
 Assuming other duties assigned by the Chairman.
