IT Service Desk Specialist - Wadi Group

1)To respond to telephone calls and email messages from customers looking for help with computer problems.

2)To listen attentively and accurately to the employee to the customer, ask questions to diagnose the nature of the problem.

3)To patiently walk the customer through the problem-solving steps.

4)Installation, configuration and maintenance of software and hardware components, and to diagnoses application, network and systems errors.

5)To refer specialized technical problems to other technical staff.

6)To document errors and monitor frequent or recurring problems.

7)To perform any other duties requested by the Direct Manager.
