Integrated Office Systems Co.(IOS), the authorized distributor in Egypt since 2006 of Ricoh- Japan, the worldwide ranked number 1 provider of color, and black and white office systems, black and white and color production printers is seeking for energetic and proactive Service Engineers . The successful candidates will be responsible for the following :
As directed, install, maintain and repair IOS - Ricoh's products on customer premises in accordance with published technical standards and procedures in a cost effective way.
- Carry out workshop repairs and machine preparation routines as directed.
- Perform regular routine maintenance on machines within assigned territory as per the Company strategy to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Subsequent to machine installations, train customer assigned operators on the most effective use of machines plus any retraining as necessary.
- Advise and remind customers of warranty status and ensure timely provision of post warranty service contracts /FSMA.
- Actively promote Ricoh products and services and develop positive customer attitudes to enhance company image through total customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all engineer generated documentation relating to chargeable service are dispatched to the office on an accurate and timely manner.
- Submit timely and accurate Field Service Reports and any other documentation so directed to Field Service Manager.
