- Manage the Beverage Manufacturing Process to satisfy the production and quality requirements in accordance with PepsiCo Standards.- Responsible for managing the two syrup rooms, sugar dissolving and the two water treatment plants Ensures the supply of enough beverage to achieve the annual operating
plan that represents 46% of Pepsico production volume- Transforms the two syrup rooms, sugar dissolving and the two water treatment plants into manufacturing facilities by creating appropriate keep performance indicators.- Participate in the ownership of the ingredient losses- Ensures that the syrup produced is within the specification, manufactured according to Pepsico international standards- Complies and completes the Standard Operations Procedures for Syrup manufacturing- Ensures that the water treatment plants are working according to PI standards, scheduled maintenance and cleaning in place- Leads the SAT teams in syrup rooms and water treatment plants- Coaches and develop the syrup supervisor and water treatment supervisor- Contributes to the total productivity maintenance application in syrup rooms and water treatment plants- Ensures the compliance with food safety standards (AIBI, HACCP and ISO)- Leads 6Stars activities in syrup rooms and water treatment plants and is accountable for the overall score of these areas- Participate in water saving projects related to water treatment and syrup manufacturing- Implement Health safety policies & procedures in his/her area of concern

- Safety - safe hours, incident rate- Materials availability- Product availability - cases not available to load- Waste elimination - warehouse breakage, finished goods shrinkage- Warehouse productivity- Warehousing & Fleet operating cost- Spare parts costs and availability
- Chemical or Science background is preferable- Strong Knowledge required for the Internal policy and the M&W PCE reporting requirements- Fluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic language is required.- Got the ability to manage the huge problem in the 4 units of the water and syrup preparation- Need to put a daily plan for the syrup according to the production needs- Minimum 4 years experience in field of food industries will be an added value.
