Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Achieving KPI targets (Production and Changeovers)- Review daily Reports through Shifts- Achieving production plan according to the annual operating plan versus the daily plan with Logistics- Distributing quantities and brands among Lines.- Leading the whole Team through trainings and Instructions to achieve KPIs- Applying food safety & hygiene standard & to ensure the personal and equipment safety- Delivering new hires orientation and training- Minimizing cost through decreasing MOH and direct cost- Insuring the quality & the food safety of the product- Finalizing shift reports and submitting them to the production manager delivering monthly reports (Inventory Status) to the production manager- Delivering daily reports to the production manager " Per Shift" Providing training & communication for the daily labors- Responsible for achieving results for the external audits ( AIB / IPS/ ERP )- Setting a daily plan with the logistics department- Coordinating with the quality & food safety department for any rising Issue quality wall.- Coordinating with the maintenance department to fix any problem related to the equipment.- Meeting daily schedules considering number of products to be packed, kilo quotas to be reached- Maintaining sanitation through meeting company guidelines- Minimizing waste to maintain efficiency of operations- Following Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
Skills and Requirements:
Language:
- Fluency in both spoken & written of Arabic and English language
Computer Skills
Education:
- Bachelors in Engineering (Production is preferred)
Years of Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in similar field or projects management
Skills and Personal traits:
- Negotiation skills- Presentation skills- Communication skills- Working under pressure- Multi-tasking
**Female representation is preferable
