Main Tasks/Responsibilities:
Managing event and trade show logistics including:
Negotiating and signing exhibitor/sponsorship agreements
Registering attendees
Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements for meetings, conferences and trade show as requested
Completing and submitting accurate paperwork in a timely manner
Ordering services including material handling, cleaning, flooring, furniture, etc.
Coordinating logistics for booth/materials shipping, set up, tear down
Working as liaison between design team and internal retail and product teams to design booth art, signage, handouts, etc.
Communicating details of events with internal and external participants
Supporting Event Marketing Director with InComm conference responsibilities, tasks and ad hoc projects
Executing onsite events execution including:
Assisting with signage, backdrops, and display set up and breakdown
Implementing booth policies and procedures
Working trade show sites
Maintaining trade show calendar
Assisting with additional duties as requested
