· Ensuring quality of Service & quick time to market for VAS - IN & Service Creation.
· Ensuring sufficient system capacity for all VAS - IN & Service Creation systems.
· Innovate and develop in-house services that contribute to a delightful customer experience with enhancement of time to market over VAS Service Creation Environment.
· Handling of VAS-IN & Service Creation integration and implementation, ensuring maximum re-use, minimizing project risk and time.
· Installation, commissioning and testing of VAS-IN & Service Creation services till complete handover and knowledge transfer to operation departments.
· Development and Execution of projects to support technical strategic plans (including upgrade plans, new features, develop architecture)
· Review capacity versus traffic to make sure that design rules are compliant.
· Reporting & follow up on KPIs for all VAS - IN & Service Creation running systems and services.
· Ensure effective supplier handling.
· Running the business in conformance with company security policies
