· Design and implement monetization tools, and work closely with vendors to enhance features and capabilities.
· Close monitoring and build strategies to deal with OTT threats and opportunities.
· Regularly present Data Monetization nodes new technical features & capabilities to commercial team to jointly develop new innovative products as per the commercial calendar and roadmap.
· Develop products & services jointly with Commercial business owners, ensuring these are linked to business priorities and based on product roadmaps.
· Innovate and develop in-house services that contribute to a delightful customer experience and killer products with enhancement of time to market over DPI & Monetization environment.
· Lead & encourage the team to develop & create new services ideas capitalizing on OTT framework to support Business targets.
· Manage external DPI systems planning and design.
· Ensure Date services KPI & KQI are within set thresholds and lead corrective actions if needed.
· Monitoring related user experience for newly launched data charging products to ensure product efficiency
· Ensure timely deployment of new commercial data products on DPI nodes within SLA
· Assuring having best solution design in response to commercial requirements.
· Ensuring the latest DPI protocol updates are implemented to secure protocol classification process assuring accurate data charging.
· Manage the vendor to develop corrective batches for any raised fraud cases to eliminate any miss use of resources.
· Regularly present DPI new technical features & capabilities to commercial team to jointly develop new innovative products as per the commercial calendar and roadmap.
· Effectively forecast and Control budget execution.
· Build and maintain technical vendor relationships to ensure roadmap alignment & delivering of ongoing project as per the agreed on timelines.
· Manage the RFQ/ RFP preparation, bid evaluation and contract award processes of services and equipment needed for Broadband projects, ensuring policies are adhered to and corporate objectives are met.
· Develop training plans (technical and non-technical) with staff to ensure employees have the necessary expertise to carry out their jobs.
· Coaching team members to maintain the requested level of competency and ensure staff development.
