Role Objective:
To handle the wholesale& IDD business in terms of traffic routing, transit traffic, traffic monitoring and reporting for the assigned accounts from Etisalat Misr international carriers
Main Responsibility:
• handle the process of receiving the frequent new offers from all Etisalat Misr international partners.
• Responsible for updating Etisalat Misr IT team with Etisalat Misr partners offers in order to update Etisalat Misr records with the accurate rates to avoid any delay in collection process.
• Support settlement team in case of any discrepancies or error in Etisalat Misr partners offers or invoices.
• Conduct business analysis for Etisalat Misr int'l partners offers to explore the special discounts and to propose and establish a new wholesale deal.
• Handle the process for sending the selling prices offers to all Etisalat Misr partners.
• Provide the daily monitoring and reporting for the hubbing business.
• Handle the daily cooperation with technical ITSC team to change the transit routing table for Etisalat Misr and reflect any commercial deal closed with Etisalat Misr partners.
• Solve any technical issue related to any destination offered to Etisalat Misr partners and to make sure to be solved on the same day in cooperation with Technical ITSC team or within the agreed SLAs.
• Conduct day to day communication and negotiations with all Etisalat Misr partners for daily operations and securing new wholesale deals.
• Handle the process of generating monthly routing table and its respective amendments based on the received prices lists and any raised operation issues during the month in light of int'l routes utilizations and traffic analysis.
• Submit the daily management reports for Etisalat Misr IDD traffic.
• Submit the daily management reports for Etisalat Misr Transit traffic.
• Initiate the process of generating monthly routing table and its respective amendments based on the received prices lists and any raised operation issues during the month in light of int'l routes utilization and traffic analysis.
• Recommend actions related to wholesale business to the Manager for approvals.
• Communicate internally and externally based on pre-agreed decisions and guidance from the Manager.
