• Plan and review catering on-board.
• Set yearly budget coordinating with director of product.
• Responsible for all service sets and equipment’s.
• Responsible for day to day catering follow up and weekly order.
• Responsible of invoice’s review for catering.
• Procurement function to minimize the overall purchasing costs without compromising quality or reliability of supply.
• Responsible of all supply chain in order to deliver business strategy and achieve the highest levels of internal &external customer service standard.
