Increasing the loyal & profitable customer base and conduct technical presentations to consultants, contractors and governmental authorities
Using Contacts to develop long-term relationships with current and new contractors and consultants.
Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
Offering after-sales support services and help solving client problems.
Administering client accounts, and following up collection.
Meeting regular sales targets in terms of volume sold and profits gained.
Recording and maintaining client contact data.
Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.
Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
