• Develop & implement regional action plans that will promote effectiveness (validation call planning, develop physician plans, deploy FFS in assigned area; plan and manage events/meetings)
• Actively seek to discover & meet the needs of customers by building relationships & delivering solutions
• Manage, coach, evaluate & develop skills of FFS
• Work closely with team to assess sales performance & market trends within the region & determine appropriate actions to enhance performance
• Set ambitious sales targets at regional level for the sales team.
• Act as a role model to inspire trust and commitment
• Allocate and follow-up budget resources, ensure regional budget is being spent in most business effective way
• Ensure sales forecasts &operational budgets are met or exceeded at the regional level
• Demonstrate business ethics &ensure active respect of values, business ethics, policies & procedures by reps & Follow rules & norms set by corporate policies.
