Senior Sales Executive

- Identify marketing opportunities by identifying customer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
- Manage to generate revenue for the company based on yearly sales targets.
- Manage the pre-sales requirements concerning all Vision Valley’s products and services.
- Meet marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Manage the Bids & Proposals for Simple - Complex Networks, and manage the implementation teams.
- Offer consistent management support to the Quality and Customer Care to ensure that relevant standards are followed.
- Business relationship building- maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails; arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business, Manage good rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
- Follow up on leads, conduct research to identify potential prospects, Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline.
- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
- Presenting the product or service favorably in a structured professional way face-to-face and Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer.
- Listening to customer requirements, gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
- Gathering market and customer information;
Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
- Protect Company's value by keeping information confidential.
- Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
