You will:
● Be the leader of our Engineering Team to develop innovative software from scratch:
● Build, deploy and integrate our databases, web servers, and caching layers to ensure production systems and services are highly available and scalable.
● Spearhead the design and planning meetings for everything from new features to testing to deployment configuration.
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience.
• Expertise in multiple web and mobile technologies (Java, ASP.Net, PHP, Ruby, Scala) across software engineering, security, data interchange, data management.
• Proven hands-on skills evident through career growth and development
• Experience as a systems architect and a leader of great software development teams
• Solid understanding of Agile development methods and leading software development teams in Lean/Continuous Delivery environments
• Expansive software development and IT infrastructure experience in designing and architecting web applications
• Experience building web applications from scratch
• Experience working with and integrating e-commerce APIs
• Mobile app development skills iOS and Android
• Strong experience with database programming languages (SQL)
• Experience with price comparison websites
• Front-end (HTML, CSS) development experience
• High Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering from a reputable institution
The candidate is expected to perform at the highest level of technical competence and has sufficient experience and expertise to complete very complex tasks/projects/programs successfully. Interact with other internal organizations, manage processes and achieve milestones objectives and overall company goals, provide continuous innovation and improvements to meet long-range business goals and objectives.
