• Contacting and negotiating with the foreign customers providing them with parts needed
• Receiving customer’s enquiries and identify the parts using different methods as EPC, BPC.
• Checking the availability of the required parts and issue the quotations and parts sales orders based on the agreed criteria for each zone and each customer.
• Setting up the pricing criteria, discounts and payment terms for each customer based on the agreed margins.
• Perform sales and purchasing operations, parts identification, inquiries as well as negotiate with the customers to confirm the shipping modes, logistics and payment terms.
• Providing the needed parts technical support to the customers especially for the new MCV products.
• Contacting with the technology and technical departments in some parts identifications.
• Follow up the catalogues updates especially for the new products.
• Negotiating with fleet owners and setting up agreed criteria to enhance the market share and the parts business flow.
• Customer visits and meetings to follow up the parts issues and to ensure better workflow.
• Responsible for achieving the planned sales targets and profit margins for these zones.
