• A challenging opportunity has arisen for a very experienced Regional Sales Manager.

• Leading and managing a team of Sales, you will be responsible for achieving sales objectives through the promotion of construction chemical products / treatment equipment to a variety of customers within construction, municipal and industrial markets. Customers include end-users operation, service companies; construction / contractors; consultant engineers.
Brief role / responsibilities:
• Identifying, evaluating and establishing routes to their strategic vertical markets;
• Managing Area Sales, planning and executing marketing and sales activities e.g. customer seminars, sales visits, technical training sessions;
• Build relationships with consultants, contractors and end-users to support business development.
• Develop distribution channels to ensure the successful selling of products.
• Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; forecasting an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Problem Solving Planning and Organizing.
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
