• Follow up the maintenance in the workshop and inspect the quality of a technician repairs and perform a road test before releasing of vehicles.
• Prepare detailed reports for vehicles with full description of the case.
• Work on diagnostic tools to analyze problems.
• Have to ensure that any parts that need replacing are available in stock.
• Handle customers’ complaint and maintain good relation with them.
• Plan and adjust the workloads of department personnel to match their skills and abilities.
