- Owns & Develops Etisalat’s M-commerce product line ensuring pragmatism, sustainability & growth.
- Responsible for achieving product KPIs: Base Acquisition, Revenue & Retention.
- Research new initiatives, technology in industry directions; identify those relevant for deployment in the local market & works on Etisalat market leadership.
- Sets the product commercial calendar that acheives product revenue growth & acquisition expansion plan.
- Responsible for the product E2E customer experience that meets Etisalat standards & & ensure proper retention tools.
- Liaise the business relationship across all internal & external partners (e.g. Central Bank of Egypt, Partner Bank, Technical platform provider..etc) to ensure consistency of the work flow and identify viable business opportunities that serves both Etisalat & customers’ welfare.
- Manage the product regular reports and bench mark competition activities (local, region and global).
- Regularly assess and analyze in-market products and services performance bench marketing against preset KPIs and proactively taking the necessary action.
- Create new channels of communication to improve the awareness of our products.
- Manage product regular monitoring reports on base and transactions of M-Commerce / different payment channels.
- Ensure all relevant processes have been defined, documented and strongly rolled out across the business.
- Manages M-Commerce team & provides proper guidance & coaching.
