1- Oversee the print production implementation of
marketing communication collateral and POS for multiple lines of business
2-Adept in soliciting different materials for POS,
Marketing tools and printable
3- Work cross-functionally with Client Servicing and
Creative to execute against developed strategies, creative briefs, product and program plans
4- Assist Production/Project Manager with identifying
project specification, scopes and deadlines
5- Participate in client review & requirements and able
to work under tight schedules
6- Determine item(s) specifications, print manufacturing methods, bindery/finishing requirements
7- Perform evaluation/analysis of vendor bids and make vendor
8- Ensure quality control measures across all production phases
9- Maintains production calendar and log sheets, schedules, appointments and production reports updates
10- Maintain Production records through filing, retrieval, retention and updating using MS Excel or MS Word
