The Role:

Prepares the necessary cash status so that bank account payments can be monitored and daily transactions conducted.

Makes payments to sales persons and third parties in accordance with their terms.

Conducts the necessary procedures to deliver invoices to customers. Works to resolve the difficulty in problem situations.

Shares information with personnel in the relevant departments that will ensure that problems related to uncollected receivables are resolved. Monitors the situation until the problem is remedied.

About Your Job:

About You:

To be effective in this role, you will need a Bachelors degree in a related field combined with a minimum of four years of related experience preferably within the airline/aviation industry.  You will need excellent knowledge of local labour laws and industry practices and knowledge of a HR system such as Oracle and/or SAP.  You will be an effective communicator with excellent interpersonal, coaching and consulting skills.  You will be adept at building relationships at all levels within the organisation both locally and internationally.

You will need to be fluent (written and spoken) in English to perform this role.

Regulatory Affairs Specialist - Cairo

We are currently looking for an RA Specialist to join our team in Cairo to support the services of RA Department for the MENA region. This role will allow you to broaden your knowledge on both local regulations as well as processes in other countries. If you already have a solid understanding of regulatory affairs and if you are keen to learn more, we can provide you with opportunities for growth and professional development.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
- Continuous assessment and reporting of Regulation status and Regulation changes
- Support Business Units for Tenders and
- Importation requests and requirements
- Perform field visits when needed, support distributor/country in registration, visit MOH to ensure requirements are met
Follow up on Quality Requests, as assigned by the Regulatory Affairs Manager
- Assist, coordinate and follow up on the preparation of international regulatory body submissions for new products and product changes
- Maintain submission correspondence files and other regulatory files in a complete and secure manner
