- Support maintaining and improving the Quality Management System
- Produce performance reports for the processes and the services
- Support the internal and external audits
- Prepare the Management Review Meeting agenda, points to be discussed, and the meeting minutes documents

Support other teams to take corrective/preventive actions for continual improvements for the IT services and processes

Documentations control (review, update, control)

Produce SMS KPIs reports

Produce the QMS KPIs reports

Produce supplier monitoring reports, customer complaint reports, and customer satisfaction reports

Support the preparation of awareness program, conduct awareness sessions

Follow the ISMS policies, procedures and all other ISMS requirements

Support maintaining and improving the Service Management System SMS
