Call Center Agent

- Project a professional company image through inbound & outbound phone interaction
- Update customer profile by filling missing information from the NVDR
- Receive calls and respond to customer and client requests, queries, orders and complaints
- Contact existing and potential customers and clients with the aim of gathering information and/or upsell products and services and record customer orders in the software used
- Serve customers by determining requirements, answering inquiries, resolving problems, fulfilling requests. Follow-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved
- Maintains database through updating existing customer information and enter new customer information into system
- Route calls to appropriate resource.
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Complete call logs
- Produce call reports
