1.To ensure documents are produced accurately and in the correct format.
2.Create and maintain registers.
3.Assist in arranging and facilitating meetings, training events, support groups.
4.Create and maintain filing systems.
5.Create and maintain various databases.
6.Send and receive e-mails, faxes and mail on behalf of the organisationin line with procedures.
7.Research, prepare and supply information as required.
8.Responsive feedback and communication -internally and externally.
9.Undertake projects and general administration tasks as required by management.
10.Local authority liaison regarding placements and prospective placements of young people. This includestaking initial referral informationto be passed immediately to management.
11.Monitor stationary, inkand filing cabinet levelsand beproactive to ensure levels do not run too low.
12.Liaise with suppliers.
13.Petty cashhandling and record keeping in line withprocedures.
14.To maintain strict confidentiality in relation to the work undertakenand ensure that all confidential material is stored according to policies and procedures.
15. Liaisewith Accountants.
16. Production of financial reports and documents as requested.
