• Issuing claims against suppliers and following up with them.
• Issuing and following up with Imported Parts orders and Emergency Order on fixed intervals each month.
• Managing damaged parts flow till the scrap area and following up with materials selling to external traders.
• Damaged parts flow, organization, charts and KPIs setting.
• Scrap area renovation and improvement to increase control over parts and avoid congestion.
• Improving work flow to eliminate wastes and reduce cost and manpower.
