- Assist in formulating the group’s future direction and supporting strategical initiatives.
- Enhance the group’s profitability through efficient finance management, cost/ capital optimization.
- Report risk issues, maintain relations with and investigate the findings and recommendations of external auditors.
- Prepare and review long-term and short-term budgets.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports with presentations to High Management.
- Integrate accounting and reporting systems at all branches.
- Manage and analyze cash flow, cost controls, treasury and expenses.
- Reconcile budget expenditures and evaluate cost reduction opportunities.
- Maintain a physical and computer filing systems including archiving of historical data.
- Be an advisor from the financial perspective on contracts and related matters.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Chairman.
