Technical Support Specialists needed for one of the biggest internet service providers in Egypt.
Job Description:
- Listening patiently to customer's internet service problems and following up.
- Identifying customer's problem efficiently.
- Solving the problem and ensuring service recovery as soon as possible.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job Benefits:
- Salary: from 2400 up to 3100 LE .. Depending on English proficiency.
- Social and Health Insurance for the employee and his family.
- 21 days as annual vacations.
- Promotions and Bonuses every 6 Months depending on your efficiency.
- Percentage of the company's annual profit.
Working Schedule:
9 Hours a day for five days per week
Note 1 : There is a break for an hour and a quarter.
Note 2 : The work is going on in form of rotation shifts.
Note 3: For girls the latest shift ends at 8 PM maximum
