Key Account Sales Development Manager

• Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, with generating new business.
• Attract new customer with high potential for growth.
• Leading, training, and managing the customers and dealing with any issues that may arise.
• Responsible for managing several key accounts and often being the face of the company to many clients.
• Achieving the company goals in the key account while motivating their executives to do the same.
• Establish relationship with customers and provide high standard of service and support continually.
• Ensuring the awareness with all competitive activities.
• Analyze customers’ information and business trends to identify and expand business opportunities
• Utilizing marketing resources to drive clients’ retention and growth.
• Develop and execute sales plans for customers that meets or exceeds out targets.
• Grow existing product goals with customer while introducing new product opportunities
• Work closely with various departments to ensure the accurate execution of sales and marketing activities.
• Provide regular interface with customers to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Coach and train closely in the field his subordinates in order to develop their capability.
• Managing annual appraisals, development progression plans and succession planning for his team.
